Hello Jersey Crew and all else on the 54th site.
Happy New Year and all that stuff.
Looking forward to seeing as many of you as
can come to the ATAV reunion in June and the
Guntruck Gathering in Carlisle in August. Untill
then, keep your steering gear box and jack shaft bolts, and lug nuts tight.

Time is running out, and I have not gotten any help from Stars and Stripes, local Vietnam Veterans (MI), newspaper collectors, VFW,...everyone that I have reached out to has been unable to find this picture. He thinks it was in his 1970 "time," and there was supposed to be an article about how the church, and maybe even the pope did not like --- "Angels watch over god's killers"---at least, that is how he remembers it. If this sounds familiar, or you know anyone who knows EVERYTHING about Guntrucks, please let me know !!!! Thank you

Please HELP !!!!
My Uncle served in the 363rd Transportation Co. Nov.'68 - May '71...He is terminal (Lung, now Brain cancer), He has NEVER talked about Vietnam, when I asked him if there is anything/anybody we can get in touch with---all he keeps asking for is to see a picture that was published in a Stars and Stripes of his Guntruck...I have been going through page by page on their archives, bought the "Hard Ride" searched every possible site on the internet...ebay,newspaper collectors...does ANYONE remember a Guntruck with "Angel's watch over God's killers," with a tombstone, and "look, over there a man (drawing of a little boy) with a gun." He put dates on the tombstone-born in '57 died in '69. This was all on the back of the truck. It didn't have a "name." He also put "noah's ark" real small in the window...

John: It doesn't matter what you say, EDD is not going to pay the $10 he owes you.
